Project 4: The Blister
Aim The fourth project was the blister, which is metal shaping an aluminium sheet into the shape that you want to form with 2 pieces of wood of the cut out shape. Tutor/teacher has provided three materials that is necessary to do the metal shaping. Aluminium Sheet, 2 block of wood with shape number 30, bolts 1. Use one of the block of wood while place the aluminium sheet on the bottom of the wood on top of a surface that is smaller than the aluminium sheet and also preferably be clamp with G-Clamps, preferably like shown on the picture This is later to screw on on each hole to make holes on the aluminium sheet. This can be achieve by using a cordless drill. The result of the hole-making should be like this: 2. Later use the screw to screw the two block of wood while placing the aluminium sheet in between them aligning the screw hole.
